With a love for nutrition, comes a love for cooking. This semester I was able to take a food preparations course, in which I get up every Monday and Wednesday morning, go to class in a big fancy kitchen on campus, and basically, learn how to cook. Coolest class ever, right? Throughout this course I have had the opportunity to cook and experiment with a wide variety of food groups, as well as explore their different tastes and characteristics.

I have been picking up a lot of wonderful and easy recipes throughout the semester and I am so excited to share them with you all on my blog! I hope if you get the time to create one of these meals, you enjoy them as much as I do!
